Deep Dive (days 1-30)
The foundation of our process begins with getting in the weeds to achieve a deep understanding of your business.
This includes: structure, operations, key stakeholders, traction and market share, and understanding future growth goals.

Delivery (days 31+)
Once we know where you are and where you want to go, we work to accelerate your path there. Functionally, this means driving key initiatives while enhancing core business functions.
Phase 3 may also include deploying and/or building new technology.
