    PRODUCT & GROWTH

Alex focuses on helping companies scale, bringing structure and execution to complex, fast-moving businesses. At The Carbon Group, he works across strategy, product, and GTM, helping teams move from high-level direction to real, day-to-day execution. His experience spans early-stage startups through scaled organizations, with a track record of navigating growth, change, and complexity.

Alex was employee #1 at AssetBlock, a blockchain-based real estate platform, helped Fuze scale from 17 to 700+ employees while leading product development, and raised over $4M for Jambb before helping drive a successful exit.

Despite living in New England and holding an MBA from Harvard, he remains loyal to Buffalo and can often be found quietly indoctrinating his four kids into Bills fandom.

  • Martin Grabowski

    WEB3 & TOKENIZATION

Martin helps companies determine if, where, and how tokenization actually makes sense, then build models that hold up in the real market.

At The Carbon Group, he works with founders on token design, incentive structures, and on-chain strategy, ensuring alignment between product, behavior, and value capture. His experience spans the full Web3 lifecycle, from early token launches to DeFi systems, infrastructure, and ecosystem growth.

Martin has worked with and advised dozens of blockchain projects across tokenomics, go-to-market, and scaling, with a focus on what works in practice, not just in theory. His approach is grounded in one principle: if the model doesn’t work in the real world, nothing else matters.
